Many of the tips discussed have been covered on this blog already, but the video offers the perspective of the medical establishment, including lots of interesting statistics. For example, the video mentions that over 234,000 people were treated for injury (including emergency room visits) in 2012. The video also mentions alarming statistics on child-related lawn mowing injuries. Some of the recommendations deviate from conventional wisdom and may seem excessive, but certainly there is a great deal of useful info.
